1. Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes you will always need to pay for shipping and handling when purchasing any item from my store. The only 2 ways you WILL NOT have to pay for shipping is if it is stated WITHIN the order or if you reside in the North Houston area and will meet in person for the items.
2. Do you do custom orders?
At this time, I am doing customs but I am limiting 3 custom paintings per month. I also do Digital Graphics, Vector Portraits, Logos, and etc. Please visit the Custom Orders tab to view more information.
3. What do you NOT do, as far as custom artwork?
I do not do tattoo sketches/drawings.
4. What are your payment terms?
Products listed on the site are to be paid in full, including shipping/handling, taxes and fees. No exceptions. Original pieces over $300 are eligible for a half down payment. In this instance, the next deposit is due no later than 3-4 weeks after initial deposit. IF the customer does not meet the deadline or being unresponsive, the painting will be available for sale again and the potential customer will lose out on the painting and the deposit.
5. Do you have a return policy?
Items delivered damaged/open can be returned within 21 days for a full refund or exchanged items.
6. What shipping options do you have?
I offer ground shipping on all orders, I also offer expedited/overnight shipping for an additional $50-$75.
7. Does your paintings include a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, only my original painting will include a certificate of authenticity. It will include the value, the est. date created, a signature and other details.
8. How do you ship artwork?
I ship my paintings under 12inches and hand-painted merchandise ships in a white bubble mailer. The items themselves will be separated into pockets made of cardboard and/or bubble wrap. Medium paintings 12inches to 24inches ship in blue bubble wrap, also protected and separated by clear wrappings. Large paintings are broken down, the canvas itself is wrapped around the stretcher bars, the painting is secure and placed in a tube.
